OK, here goes...

I am really really trying to get the job done here. But unfortunately many "undesirable" conditions seem to make it impossible...
(I do understand how you feel during the Teacher's Day/Kaamatan preparations, Tung)
That's merely generally what I'm talking about, now I'm getting into the details.


A fine example would be the school website.
Obviously the website is very outdated =.= and there are lots and lots to do...
however, there doesn't seem to be much I can really do right now.
Many reports aren't handed to me yet.

And even the ones with reports--no pictures!
I keep chasing the other committees, but they probably aren't that worried or afraid of me anyway O_o either that or they've flown somewhere for holidays =="

ANYWAY, there honestly isn't a SINGLE activity that is complete and can be uploaded to the website <_< The due date is the end of holidays and I sure as heck won't be doing all this last minute =.=


Next up, the Gerko board in school.
"Get this and this and this and this done..."

My answer right now would be:
"Sure thing, but how am I supposed to do it with NOTHING at all?!"

Cannot expect me to transform something from scratch, right???
I mean, I already did part of my job and asked for information to put up, but what else am I supposed to do besides wait and keep chasing for info???
Sigh...


Next, NIE.
For this one it's a bit tough... I can't blame my teammates...coz I know they're trying hard.
But under these kind of conditions, it's really really tough to get done.
I mean, two of my teammates can't meet up all the time...it's too inconvenient.
And the fact that I have to go to KK doesn't help either...

But sometimes...honestly I just wanna let them do the "photoshopping"...
Because it certainly isn't an easy job, but I think they should learn something too...
I can't be the only one who does the photoshops, right?


Not to forget the Sivik folio.
Not even started! Gosh, we REALLY need to discuss!
But then again, we can't start on that until we've done the NIE stuff...
Augh...now I'm starting to think going to Lankayan is good but at the same time slowing down progress...

I feel horrible... a big big CONTRAST to holiday mood =.=
No, not because I have an annoying cold...
In fact, I think my real problem might have caused the cold =.=
I don't know if I'm worrying too much or what...

...but there's still so much to do...!
...and the fact that I can't even get in touch with my "co-workers" doesn't help at all...

I'm gonna be KILLED if the website doesn't get updated...

And I really want to finish my workload possibly by this week...

To make things worse, my cold comes in with a migraine =.= (what a GREAT way to enjoy, huh...)

Current condition: I miss my comfy bed...but then again I'm at home <_<
Current mood: 7 out of 10 (10 for happy, 1 for crappy xD)

Phew...just went to take my report card about an hour ago...
When I reached school, I saw many of my friends with their parents there xD
First Elliot, then Brian, then Siah, and many more...

Ms. Paulina, with here friendly smile sat beside the assistant class teacher (and my Physics teacher). I took a number (number 5 xD) and sat on the chairs with my parents.

Chang was no.3 and Brian no.4, so I waited while observing their "chat session".
Apparently, Physics was the most shocking subject...

about 75 percent of the whole class FAILED Physics (and yes, I mean the average in the report card)

The second most shocking would be either History or Additional Mathematics.

...Not that I'm complaining, but it makes me uneasy by the fact that ONE mark could've changed some of my grades =.=

If I had ONE more mark, my Biology would change from 2A to 1A...
If I had ONE more mark, my Physics would change from 6C to 5C...
If I had ONE more mark, my History would change from 3B to 2A...

Sigh...what to do...it's not like I can get down on my knees and beg teacher for one mark...
that wouldn't be fair to the rest...

Oh well...putting all that aside, the school holidays are finally here...!!!

...though I feel as if two weeks are too short...

...holidays = work O_o

I have the website to update...a LOT to do, so Celes and Crystal, I need your help!!!
And then the NIE...to get the posters and campaign done...
And also a Sivik folio to complete...
And the school magazine to work on...
Not to forget my school Gerko board to update and decorate...

It's crazy! So much to do...! I'm gonne have to demand for lots of co-cum marks at the end of the year >.< (but then again I AM in charge of co-cum xD)

Anyway, during holidays I'll be going to KK during Harvest and Lankayan just before school reopens! (Note to self: Lots and lots of sunscreen!!!)

Tung: Cyn, don't forget that we need to bring swimming suit to Lankayan!
Cyn: So how, Crystal, Tung? You wear a T-shirt over your suit or what?
Crystal: Yeah.
Tung: Bikini!
Cyn: xD I know, I know! Baywatch!

Baywatch...xD I've never really watched the show...just flipped through the channels... coz I see a lot of babes in bikinis...too much for my sensitive eyes xD

Really...these few days have been really tiresome...
Teachers' Day Celebration and Pesta Kaamatan comes right tomorrow.
Elliot and his band are really cool xD I like his guitar skills and Chang's drumming ^^ Awesome!
And I can tell you this - singing really robs the energy out of you (you won't just be gasping for air, but desperate for water and rest xD)

Anyway, there were quite a number of funny situations too. I don't remember all but some of them...:

***On Wednesday, after school and before NIE meeting***
Tung: Wah, Cynthia! Can I have it kah? (He's referring to the "char siu pau" on my table xD)
Cyn: Take lah.
Tung: *splits into half* Nah, give half.
Crystal: *thinking and mumuring to herself* I wanna know my Add. Maths average...
Cyn: I also wanna know my Add. Maths average...
Tung: I wanna eat pau...
(Immediately Crystal and I look at him with weird faces xD)


***Today, when I wanted to go pass up the form for permission to go to Lankayan xD***
Cyn: Ok-lah...now I go out of class. Tung, can you accompany me to Lankayan? *oops LOL*

It seems that tomorrow--oops..I mean TODAY...
there's school again... I'm half-excited and half-lazy to go xD

Anyway...I should've been in bed hours ago, but I'm working on my English presentation...
So many things to worry about...O_o
But the real reason I made this post is for my dear pendrive.

Yes, the old 256 that has been serving me well for the past few years...

Oh, sure there were times when I got frustrated by its small capacity...
And there were times I mumbled about the broken (cracked, actually) cover-thingy-whatever you call it-that kinda "opens" the pendrive to insert into the USB port...

But now...it isn't just cracked. It's BROKEN. Broken as in completely came off O_o.
Just a few minutes ago. O_o o_O

I don't like to admit it, but now it looks ten times uglier than before O_o (and I even used to think it was ugly before <_<)

Now, with a situation like this, my guts are screaming "GET ME ANOTHER ONE!!!!!"
I see classmates (or whoever saja-lah) waving their 4 or 8 gig in front me <_< trying to make someone who uses the computer a lot like me seem like a street beggar.

And now I've heard about a 16 GB O_o. Not in Sandakan yet (or at least I haven't seen one) but it's like...whoah... Do we really need so much capacity?

If it were me (if I am filthy rich that hundred ringgit is like a few cents)...of course I take 16 GB-lah xD

But honestly speaking, 4 GB is enough for me.
No, not 2 GB. (not enough lol) <---I know this from my experience with my lousy 2 GB before it "malfunctioned"...

However, even if I do get a new one (hopefully it's one with big capacity xD)
it doesn't mean I will stop using my 256.
Yealah, it does have its flaws, but so what? It's still functioning, able to serve it's owner. It's just a matter of the owner to continue to use and not neglect his/her belongings...
...which reminds me of the sad fact that many (most likely rich people) abandon their current gadgets once a new model comes out...
Oh well...that's their business...

11th Book!

I can't believe it...I got cheated!
I was told that Art exam (theory) would be from chapter 1 to 4! And when the exam came, it was actually till chapter 5!!! #*&%(#*
I had to "shoot" around 10 questions! And when I checked the book after the exams I realized how terrible my "shooting" skills were...
My goodness...how could they cheat me like that?! To think I worked hard for this exam <_<
#&*(%#...this compels me not to trust people too much =.= geez!!!

P.S.: I've FINALLY reached my 11th BOOK!!! YAAAY!!! But TOO BAD I have to celebrate this in a BAD MOOD...no thanks to those liars!!!

Finished first-term exams...almost!

The almost-two-weeks-long exam is finally over---EXCEPT for the ones taking replacement exams...AND me, Tung, CKM and Belinda. We'll be having our SENI (ART) exams tomorrow...

The teachers seem to mark the exams papers a lot faster this time xD
Maybe it's because they need to rush to pass the marks before Report Card Day...
Anyway, today a few papers were given back (and returned to the teacher afterwards <_< but still...we know our marks)

Yesterday, I heard from Sharon and Janice about the ADDITIONAL MATHEMATICS.
Out of 46 bright students in 4E,
13 passed O_o.

When I heard this...
...my heart sank...
...my face turned pale...
...the pencil I was holding dropped to the floor...
...thoughts flashed around my mind.

Aiyaaa...I mean...sure I've heard from the Form 5 students (like David <_<) that failing will be a normal thing in Form 4, but...but...so?!
I ain't failing no test...I mean, exam...! Because it's like...50% T_T

Cyn: Oh my goodness O_O...13...?!
Sharon: Yealor...lowest is 5 marks (my thoughts: holy----...?!)
Cyn: *silence*
Sharon: Aiyaa...don't worry lah...you pass...!
Cyn: ?! Wh...what?!
Sharon: I don't remember the number, but...
Cyn: Are...are you sure oh??
Sharon: I think so...
Cyn: Sh...Sharon! Don't raise my hopes and bring me down, please *hysterical*

And TODAY, the papers were given back...the ADD MATHS paper...and CHEMISTRY PAPER...and a part of EST paper...

I wonder what other PAPERS will be given back...tomorrow...

P.S.: Tomorrow is teachers' day! And next Friday is the celebrations... and I'm in charge of the prizes *cries*.
What's "better" is that the prefect AJKs are gonna have to do a dance!!! *faints*

The Moment of Truth

It's...Sunday... (currently sneaking a post here so I can't type too long)
On Friday night, I pretty much lost my voice (80% of it at least)
And on Thursday I came down with an annoying cold and some form of stomachache =.=
At least I'm feeling better now, but the annoyances doesn't stop here...

I just found out...my music exam Grade was entered WRONGLY...
I am doing Grade 8, but it stated there Grade 9 (the grade counts down, meaning 8 is higher level than 9). Nyiau -.- I took grade 9 exams already bah... I hope the teachers can change the error before it's too late O_o

Anyway, tomorrow marks the first day of examinations (for me, coz I ain't taking Chinese subject) ---BAHASA MALAYSIA.

Geh...I feel terrible (not tension, but my health is getting worse by the minute =.=)
It's official...2008 is NOT a healthy year for me T_T...
Maybe next time when I hear someone cough I should step away as far as possible...

I've said this before, but say it again-lah...it's not like it kills...

Exams, exams, exams... I should be in school right now (since it's Friday) but I'm not taking Chinese, so here I am...sitting in front of my bro's computer...typing this post. (I wanted to turn on MY computer, but I'm afraid I won't be able to stop)

As stated above, I'm losing my voice =.= I don't think I'll be able to speak for some time... maybe I'll just write out my words like Ms. Lat or do hand signals like Janice...

I don't know if I've slept too much or too early or what...but I feel groggy today. My eyes are all puffy (and I did NOT cry) and I have a flu...
And what's worse is that it's near exams already =.= (actually it has already started)

My 10th book hasn't much progress lately...I did go past the half-mark few days ago...but I'm gonna have to put that on hiatus U_U

Geez...now I know...how much damage three days of missing classes can do to you... one days is (probably) still okay, but three days...studying is like learning a different language.
Of course, I can ask my classmates and teachers, but it is much better and easier to understand when you actually attend the lesson =.=
The subject I'm ok with right now is probably just English O_o;;;

ANYWAY, my classmates (and fellow 4D pals) are worried sick about History xD
As if we aren't scared enough already, our teacher told us "It's gonna be really really hard. I can guarantee that some of you may even get 0. 90% of you (and 98% for 4D) will not be able to do it. Who says he or she can get 90 above, come forward! I challenge you!"

The whole class terus stunned <---everyone =.=
Well, sure...it's partially the fault of one of our classmate for using the laptop during her lesson (which sets the fire burning) and some other classmates twisting the words of our teacher (which adds fuel to the fire)... but we certainly didn't see THAT coming O_o;;;
